Dumpable guns

This means if you dump your gun(s) or if you die, a pickup of your gun(s) will be created and dropped to the floor. It will stay there for 10-15 seconds before disappearing. If anyone runs across the gun, they will automatically pick it up. This also works with the anti-cheat. If anyone tries to dump a hacked weapon, admins will be notified.

Once samgreen uploads the new amx, get in game and test this out. If you find any bugs, PM me or shout at me on IRC and I'll see what is up.


Coming later on:
Dumpable drugs/materials.
Dumpable cop radios, if someone picks them up, you can listen in on /r for cops (??).
